Policies:

* 2 nights deposit required to confirm reservation

* Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival

* If arriving within 60 days, full payment is required

* Cleaning fee is $125

* For the comfort of all of our guests, we are a Non-smoking unit

* $200 Security Deposit- refunded if no damage noted,

or excessive cleaning required

* Check-in is 3PM, and Check-out is 10AM

* Minimum 10-night stay during Christmas

* Sorry, no pets

Cancellation:

If prior to 60 days of arrival: 1 nights’ charge

If within 60 days of arrival: 2 nights’ charge plus remaining balance if unable to re-rent.

If able to fill vacancy, then pro-rata refund will be given (less 2 nights’ charge).

We recommend obtaining Travelers’ Insurance to cover you in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
